Click 'My Account' at the top of the page to view your profile if you are already logged in.
...otherwise, immediately after login, you will see your profile.
Click the 'Profile' tab at the top of your profile.
Mailing Address
Make sure your Maling Address is current. Your Mailing Address is required and will be where your ACVR Journal and all mail correspondence will be sent.
Directory Options
Select one of the Directory options below:
I. List me for members only and use my Mailing Address (Default)
II. List me for members only and use a different address
III. List me for members and the public and use my Mailing Address
IV. List me for members and the public and use a different address
Option I - List me for members only and use my Mailing Address (Default)
Configure as shown below if you want your Mailing Address to appear in the private Members Directory only. You can also enter the Services Offered and Species Treated.
Option II - List me for members only and use a different address
Configure as shown below if you want a different address instead of your Mailing Address to appear in the private Members Directory. Your Mailing Address will not be affected. Enter the different address(es). If you are affiliated with multiple clinics, you may enter a separate address for each clinic at which you are physically located. Please do not submit information for clinics that you have only a 'virtual' relationship with (i.e. mail-in or teleradiology consulting). You can also enter the Services Offered and Species Treated.
Option III - List me for members and the public and use my Mailing Address
Configure as shown below if you want your Mailing Address listed in the private Members Drectory and public Directory of Diplomates. Your email address will not appear to the public. You can also enter the Services Offered and Species Treated.
Option IV - List me for members and the public and use a different address
Configure as shown below if you want a different address instead of your Mailing Address to appear in the private Members Directory and public Directory of Diplomates. Your email address will not appear to the public. Enter the different address(es). Your Mailing Address will not be affected. If you are affiliated with multiple clinics, you may enter a separate address for each clinic at which you are physically located. Click 'Save' and check the Directories
Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. Check the Members Directory and Directory of Diplomates under 'Resources' on the Members page to confirm that you have configured your Directory options as intended.
